Ahmad El-Sayed (Arabic: أحمد السيد) (born October 30, 1980) is an Egyptian footballer. He plays the Defender position for Telephonat Bani Sweif as well as Egypt's National Football Team.[1] He was in the team list of Egypt that won the African Cup of Nations Egypt 2006, but he did not participate in games.

El-Sayed who is known for his faithfulness for El-Ahly has cried after knowing of his injury that deprived him from the latest games in CAF Champions League 2006, El-Ahly got the title of this tournament to be the third CAF Champions League Ahmed achieves. El-Sayed had put his prints on the glorious victory of El-Ahly in the CAF Champions League 2005, scoring a goal against Ajax Cape Town of South Africa, in the group round. He is known for his strength and speed.
