Ahmad Wali Massoud (Persian: احمد ولی مسعود) is a politician from Afghanistan and former member of the Northern Alliance[1] He was the government spokesman in Kabul after the fall of the Taliban regime.[2] He is the younger brother of Ahmad Shah Massoud.[3]
