Mohammad Shakir Kargar
Mohammad Shakir Kargar Minister of Commerce and Industries. Between December 2001 and June 2002 was one of the five vice-chairman of the Interim Administration.[1] After the 2002 Loya Jirga Kargar was renamed as minister of Water and Energy. Kargar is an ethnic Uzbek and was a leader in the United Islamic Front. He played a significant role in Afghanistan modern history.
