Ahold Delhaize
Ahold Delhaize will be the parent company of the Ahold and Delhaize supermarket chains.
On June 24, 2015, Delhaize reached an agreement with Ahold to merge, forming a new parent company, Ahold Delhaize.[1][2][3]
Ahold CEO Dick Boer will become CEO of the merged company, with Frans Muller, CEO of Delhaize to become deputy CEO and chief integration officer. [4]
The headquarters of this new holding company will be in the Netherlands.[5]
