Akkol District (Kazakh: Ақкөл ауданы) is a district (audan) of Akmola Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Akkol. Population: 28,359 (2009 Census results);[2] 35,274 (1999 Census results).[2]
