Al-Jamiatul Islamiah Qasemul Uloom Charia, also known as Charia Madrasah, is one of the traditional Qawmi Madrasahs in Bangladesh. It is situated at Charia, Hathazari. The university is established with a view to preach and uphold the doctrine of Islamic belief, History and Culture, in 1949.

Levels and departments
Different Levels of Education and Departments of the Jamiah are:
- Primary Stage
- Preliminary knowledge in Alphabet and habit of growing of usual reading.
- Secondary Stage
- Ilm-e-Nahu, Sarf, Adab (Language and Literature).
- Higher Secondary Stage
- Usul, Fiqh, Mantek, Fashat and Balagat.
- Final or Highest Stage
- Hadith, Tafsir, Ifta (Islamic Law)
- Department of Islamic research and Fatwa
