Alan Jeans

Alan Paul Jeans is an Anglican priest: the Archdeacon of Sarum.[1]

Born on 18 May 1958, he was educated at Bournemouth School and the University of Southampton. After a decade as a quantity surveyor he trained for the priesthood and was ordained in 1990.[2] Following a curacy at Parkstone with Branksea he was Priest in charge at Bishops Cannings, All Cannings and Etchilhampton. From 1998 he was the Diocese of Salisbury’s Advisor for Parish Development until his Archdeacon’s appointment in 2004.[3]
