Alan Neil (born 1957) was an Australian rugby league player from the 1970s and 1980s.
A ginger headed halfback, Alan Neil was a regular first grade player during the late 1970 and early 1980s. He played six seasons for the Western Suburbs Magpies between 1977–82, and became the club halfback after Tommy Raudonikis moved to the Newtown Jets in 1980. He also was the first grade halfback for the Sydney Roosters for two seasons between 1983–84, and finished his career at the St. George Dragons in 1985.
