The Alaska Innocence Project, founded August 21, 2006,[1] is a non-profit organization created to identify, investigate, and exonerate individuals who have been wrongly convicted in the state of Alaska.[2]

Leadership

The Alaska Innocence Project's Executive Director is William B. Oberly.[4] Mr. Oberly is an attorney in Anchorage, Alaska and the owner of William B. Oberly Law Offices. Oberly was an interviewer in the Judges of Alaska Project Jukebox of the Digital Branch of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Oral History Program.[5]
