Alba Tressina
Alba Tressina (fl. 1620s) was a nun composer in 17th Century Italy. She was a Carmelite at Santa Maria in Araceli (Vicenza). She is known only from her teacher Leone Leoni (composer) having preserved and published four of her works.[1][2][3] Leoni dedicated his Quarto Libro, 1622, to this pupil.[4]
