Albert Chao

Albert Chao is an American chemical industry executive. With his father, TT Chao, and brother James, he founded in 1986 Westlake Chemical, the largest manufacturer of low density polyethylene in the US.[1] The Bloomberg Billionaires Index pegged his wealth in 2012 to be at least $1.4 billion.[1]
