Alexander Vyacheslavovich Tukmanov (Russian: Александр Вячеславович Тукманов; born April 28, 1950 in Moscow) is a Russian professional football functionary and a former player currently working as a president of FC Torpedo Moscow.
As a player, he played 5 seasons in the Soviet Top League with FC Torpedo Moscow and won the Soviet Cup with the club in 1972.
