Aleksey Alesandrovich Chadov (Russian: Алексей Александрович Чадов, born 2 September 1981) is a Russian film actor. He appeared in more than 30 films since 2002. Brother to Andrei Chadov.

Career

Aleksey made his film debut in the film "War" (2002) by director Aleksey Balabanov. In 2002, he received the Best Actor Award at Montreal Film Festival.

Soon the young actor starred as Kolya Malakhov in the movie "The nameless height". In 2003, Alex was invited by film director Andrei Proshkin to play the main role in the drama "Moths Games". Also in 2003, Alexei played another very important role (Kostya vampire) in the blockbuster "Night Watch" by Timur Bekmambetov.

The actor also played in such successful films as "9th Company", "Heat", and in the Love in the City trilogy.

He was a presenter of TV program "Pro Kino" on Muz-TV channel (2003-2005).

Personal Life

From 2006 to 2009, Alex had a girlfriend, an actress Agniya Ditkovskite, whom he met while playing in the film "Heat". Few years later, Alex and Agnes started dating again (they starred together in the film "A Matter of Honor") and at the end of August 2012 they married.
