Alex Kristopher Oikkonen (born 15 October 1994) is a Puerto Rican international footballer who plays professionally for Finnish club MYPA, as a midfielder.[1][2]
Early and personal life
Oikkonen was born in Joutseno, Finland.[1][3] His father is Finnish and his mother is Puerto Rican.[4]
Career
Club career
Oikkonen has played club football in Puerto Rico, Spain and Finland for Bayamón, Martos, Kultsu and MYPA.[3][4]
International career
He made his senior international debut for Puerto Rico in 2011,[3] and has appeared in FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.[5]
