Alexander Trancil Durley (February 3, 1937 – April 30, 1984) was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Texas Southern University from 1949 to 1964 and at Prairie View A&M University from 1969 to 1970, compiling a career college football record of 109–65–9. He died of cancer in 1984.[1][2]
Coaching career
Durley was the tenth head football coach at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas and he held that position for two seasons, from 1969 until 1970. His career coaching record at Prairie View was 8–10–1.[3][4]
