Alexander Matrosov Gardens (Bashkir: Александр Матросов баҡсаһы (Alexander Matrosov baqsahy) ) was one of the first urban public parks in Ufa, Russia. The park stretches along all the length of the north Republic House.
History
1867-1917 Ushakovsky park.
The Ufa guvernor Nilolay Bogdanovich killed by a worker in Ushakov park.
1917-1945 Liberty park.
In the park were buried who died in the years of revolution and civil war. At the burial site is now a memorial, which shows only the names Hudayberdin and Cheverev.
In 1934 he was buried here as a classic of the Tatar and Bashkir literature folk poet Bashkortostan Majit Gafuri.
