Alexandre Shefer
Alexandre Shefer (Alma-Ata, 28 August 1971 ) is a former Kazakh cyclist. He was a professional racer from 1993 to 2003. Shefer has been a cycling coach from 2007 to 2009 of the Astana team of Alexander Vinokourov, alongside team director Belgian Johan Bruyneel, who had been with the Discovery Channel Team.
