Alfred Delucchi (d. 2008, age 76) was a judge in the Superior Court of Alameda County, who was the judge to preside over the Scott Peterson trial and the trial of Tyrone Robinson for the murder of Huey Newton. His court record contained only one reversal.[1]
Biography
After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley in Business and Economics, he graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law. In 1971, he was appointed by then-Governor Ronald Reagan.[2][3]
