Alfredo Rodríguez
Not to be confused with the Cuban composer and jazz pianist Alfredo Rodríguez (pianist born 1985).
Alfredo Rodríguez (Havana, 25 October 1936 – Paris, 3 October 2005) was a Cuban jazz piano player.
He moved to Manhattan in 1960, and later to Paris in 1985. After a brief stay in Miami in the early 1970s, he worked as a session musician and in clubs in New York. Notable recordings include the 1976 album Ready for Freddie with Patato Valdes, and his own Cuba Linda in 1997.[1]
