Alice Albinia
Alice Albinia (born London, 1976) is an English journalist and author whose first book, Empires of the Indus, won several awards.
Albinia read English Literature at Cambridge University and South Asian History at SOAS. In between, she worked for two years in Delhi as a journalist and editor. She was one of the three Judges for the 2008 Jerwood Awards.[1] Her newest novel, Leela's Book, was published in January 2012 by W. W. Norton & Company.
