Alimzhon Kyashafovich Rafikov (Tajik: Алимҷон Рафиқов, Persian: الیمجان رفیقاف; born 30 April 1962) (Russian: Алимжон Кяшафович Рафиков) is a retired Tajikistani professional footballer. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Second League in 1983 for FC Pakhtakor Kurgan-Tyube.[1] He is currently the manager of Esteghlal Dushanbe.[2]
His son Ruslan Rafikov is a professional footballer.
