Alix Balmir

Alix Balmir is a Haitian diplomat from a light-skinned mulatto background.[1] He has been ambassador to Venezuela and to Colombia,[2] and is currently ambassador to Panama.[3] His youngest daughter, Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, is a minister within President Michel Martelly’s cabinet.[4]
