Aliyar Aghayev (Azerbaijani: Əliyar Ağayev; born on 17 October 1987[1]) is an Azerbaijani football referee.

Aghayev became a FIFA referee in 2013.[2] He refereed at 2015–16 UEFA Europa League group stage.[3]
