All-time World Games medal table

This is the medal table of the nine editions of the World Games. In the history of the games, Italy (1985, 1989 and 2013) and Russia (2001, 2005 and 2009) led the total medal count three times each; United States (1981 and 1997) claimed that honor twice; Germany (West Germany in the first three editions) led the overall count in 1993.[1][2][3]

These include the Soviet Union (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Latvia), Czechoslovakia (Czech Republic and Slovakia) and Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro).
