Aloha Taylor, born Ku'ualoha Taylor, is an AMS certified television meteorologist, at KSWB Fox 5, in San Diego, California. She is also a former Miss Hawaii USA.

Early life

Taylor is a graduate of Waiakea High School in Hilo, Hawaii. She holds a degree in Communications from Hawaii Pacific University and earned a B.S. in Meteorology at Mississippi State University.

Miss Hawaii USA

Taylor was crowned Miss Hawaii USA in 1996 and competed in the 1996 Miss USA pageant, winning the Congeniality award.[1] Her successor, Brook Mahealani Lee, went on to win the Miss USA and Miss Universe titles in 1997.

Life after Miss Hawaii USA

Taylor worked as a weather reporter at KGMB-TV in Honolulu and KFMB-TV in San Diego, California from 2001 to 2004.[1]

In 2005, Taylor worked at WCCO-TV for nine months, before returning to San Diego in September 2006 to take the lead Weather Anchor position at XETV

Taylor's now the weather anchor at Fox 5, KSWB-TV and has one daughter.[1]
