Alparslan Celik Turkey Keban, Elazığ is a Turkish ultra-nationalist Grey Wolves member. In 2014 he joined the Syrian Turkmen Brigades and fought against SAA. On 24 November, after Turkey shot down a Russian bomber, he allegedly killed the Russian pilot Oleg Peshkov.[1][2][3]
He is detained in Izmir.[4][5]
