Major General (retired) Alwali Kazir was a Military Governor of Kwara State, Nigeria from December 1989 to January 1992 during the military regime of Major General Ibrahim Babangida, handing over to the elected civilian governor Shaaba Lafiaji at the start of the Nigerian Third Republic.[1]Alwali Kazir is married to a single wife, Hajara, whom together they gave birth to 6 children, 4 boys and 2 girls.They are by name Halima, Abdulazeez, Ibrahim, Musa, Mubarak and Maryam.He has 3 grandchildren:Najeeb, Aisha and Hajara(who bears the same name as his wife).
