Amana edulis (formerly Tulipa edulis) is a flowering bulb that is native to China, Japan, and Korea.[1][2][3]

Amana edulis is a bulb-forming perennial up to 25 cm tall. flowers are white, streaked with purlish-red.[2] The bulbs are edible and some cases can be used medicinally.[4]
