Amber's Drive is an American Americana band that consists of Denny Rudolph, Jim Huish and Daniel Swartz. Formed in September 2013, they are a band that has blended Pop, R&B, Country, and Blues to create their own unique Americana style.

History

Amber's Drive was formed in September 2013. Denny Rudolph, who had been writing songs for several years (starting in the aftermath the 2010 Tennessee floods), had connected with Daniel Swartz through a Facebook songwriters page, and the two began writing songs and performing together. After they were contacted by a venue performer about playing a three-hour set, they enlisted Jim Huish to do percussion and they performed their first show on September 12.[1]

After they were signed to Merovee Records a year after their formation, their debut EP, "Jump off this World", was released in August 2014.[2]

Jim Huish has created a viral video on YouTube where he shoots guns to the tune of the 2012 hit song, Cups by Anna Kendrick. The video has 4 million+ views as of March 2015 and has been featured on shows such as Fox and Friends.[3]
