Ambergate is a town in the South West region of Western Australia. It is located 238 km south south west of Perth and the closest populated town is Busselton.
Bushfires threatened homes in the town in 2013 when a blaze started under suspicious circumstances. The fire claimed 40 hectares (99 acres) of nearby bushland before being contained.[2]
