The pleasing poison frog or rana venenosa (Ameerega bassleri;[1] formerly Epipedobates bassleri) is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family endemic to Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.[2]
