The American Pain Society (APS) is a professional membership organization and a national chapter of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP). Disciplines represented include medicine, dentistry, psychology, nursing, physical therapy, pharmacy, basic science, government, law, business and industry. Regular, affiliate, student/trainee, and corporate memberships are available.[1]
