Amietophrynus kerinyagae is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. It is found in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forest, and seasonally flooded agricultural land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
