Amy Tuck (born July 8, 1963) was the 30th Lieutenant Governor of Mississippi. A Republican, she is only the second woman elected to statewide office in Mississippi and the first to have been re-elected.

Tuck currently serves as Vice President for Campus Services at Mississippi State University. Tuck serves as President and Director of the Mississippi State University Educational Building Corporation. Tuck is the past Chairman of the Board for the Greater Starkville Development Partnership and currently serves as Board member. Tuck was elected Lieutanent Governor of Mississippi in 1999 and was re-elected in 2003; she served eight years. Tuck is a graduate of Mississippi State University, earning a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in public administration. She received her Law Degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1989.
