Anaheim GardenWalk is an outdoor entertainment and shopping center located a block east of the Disneyland Resort in the Anaheim Resort District of Anaheim, California. The center opened on June 14, 2008, during the Great Recession, and has struggled with low occupancy rates since then, with as low as 55% occupancy in 2011.[3] The center features a 14-screen multiplex, a bowling alley, fitness center, and a multitude of restaurants and shops.
House of Blues Anaheim, a major concert venue currently located at the nearby Downtown Disney, plans to relocate to GardenWalk in following the expiration of its lease with Disney in 2016, taking over the space currently occupied by UltraLuxe Cinemas.[4]
