Andimadam(ஆண்டிமடம்) is a village in the Udayarpalayam taluk of Ariyalur district "Land Of Cements", Tamil Nadu, India.

Demographics

As per the 2001 census, Andimadam had a total population of 6633 with 3315 males and 3318 females.[1] Andimadam is located 50 km distance from its District Main City Ariyalur . Andiamdam is situated at distance of 242 kilometres south of Chennai, 111 kilometres north-east of Tiruchirappalli, 23 kilometres north-west of Gangai Konda Cholapuram.

The ancient Lord Siva temple (Sri Agathiswarar Temple Andimadam-Vilanthai) is located in the heart of town.The Siva Lingam established by Sri Agathiyar. The temple was constructed by one of the chola empires.Totally five Shiva Lingams located around the main temple.
