Andrés Ismael Cunha Soca is a Uruguayan football referee. He was chosen as the nation's referee for the 2015 Copa América when Darío Ubriaco failed the fitness test.[1]
In 2014, he officiated in the Uruguayan Clásico between the nation's two leading clubs, Nacional and Peñarol.[2]
