Andrew Barr (musician)
Andrew Barr (born May 25, 1977) is a drummer and producer best known for his work with the The Slip[1] and The Barr Brothers.[2]
Andrew Barr is a founding member of the experimental rock trio The Slip (1995–present) and is currently focused on touring and recording with The Barr Brothers. Andrew is active as a recording artist as well as a live drummer. He has performed with such artists as Lhasa de Sela, Nathan Moore, Alexi Murdoch, Natalie Merchant, David Binney, Bassekou Kouyate, Ua, Marco Benevento, Patrick Watson, Land Of Talk and Sonya Kitchell. He is also a song-writer and instrument builder. He is based in Montreal, Canada.
