Andrew McCowie

Andrew McCowie (born 1875 in Cambuslang, Scotland) was a Scottish footballer who played as a striker for Liverpool F.C. in The Football League. McCowie signed for Liverpool from Scottish team Cambuslang Hibs. McCowie became a fixture in the side as he played 19 matches in the 1897–98 season and he scored 5 goals in 12 matches the following season as Liverpool finished the season as runners-up to Aston Villa F.C.[1]
