Andrew Murray Thomas (14 March 1936 – 14 May 2011) was an Australian politician. Born in Blyth, South Australia, he was a farmer and stud breeder before entering politics. In 1975, he was elected to the Australian Senate as a Liberal Senator for Western Australia. He held the seat until his defeat in 1983.[1]
