Dame Ann Elizabeth Bowtell DCB (born 25 April 1938),[1] was the UK's First Civil Service Commissioner from 1993-1995.[2][3]

Education

Bowtell studied Economics at Girton College, University of Cambridge.[4] and was made an honorary fellow of the College in 1997. [5]
