Ano Liosia (Greek: Σιδηροδρομικός Σταθμός Άνω Λιοσίων) is a railway station in the suburban city of Ano Liosia located north of Athens, Greece. It is located in the central reservation of the Attiki Odos motorway, and has a central platform. It was opened on July 18, 2006.
The station is served by the Proastiakos line from the Athens Airport to Kiato in the Peloponnese. As of 2013, the New Regulatory Plan for Athens and Attica Prefecture proposes a future connection to Line 2 of the Athens Metro.[2]
As of 2013 the station is on the line between Kiato and the Athens International Airport, and is served by one train per hour to Kiato and three trains an hour to the Airport.[3] Since March 2014, an additional hourly service from Ano Liosia to Athens Railway Station has been added.[4]
