Anselmo Canneri
Anselmo Canerio (active 1552-1575) was an Italian painter of the Renaissance period. He was born in Verona. He is said to have trained with Giovanni Francesco Caroto.[1] He worked with the young Paolo Veronese at the Villa Soranzo near Treviso in 1552,[2] and subsequently is recorded painting at Castelfranco, Vicenza, and Verona.
