Anthony Reynolds (actor)
Anthony Reynolds (born May 8, 1968) is an American film and television actor; he is also a film producer and screenwriter.
He was born in Durham, North Carolina.
Reynolds has appeared in approximately twenty television productions and more than a twenty five film productions. In 2011, he appeared as Stuart Strickland in the pilot of the Showtime series, Homeland, opposite Damian Lewis and David Harewood. Reynolds was also appeared in the pilot episodes of Revenge for ABC Television, Being Mary Jane, for BET, Complications for USA Network. On the big screen, Reynolds has been seen in The Hunger Games, Iron Man 3, Prisoners, Fantastic Four and in the upcoming films, Cell, opposite John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson and LBJ opposite Woody Harrelson. In his early years, Reynolds was a regular stand-in for Edward Norton and Billy Bob Thornton. Reynolds was trained at The Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York City. He studied privately with Michael Margotta and Geoffrey Horne in New York. Reynolds studied at The Beverly Hills Playhouse with Milton Katselas.
Reynolds has been the screenwriter for four films and the producer for four films. His most recent produced film, "Times Like Dying" a western short film won a number of awards in the US film festival circuit in 2015.
