Anti-Liver Kidney Microsomal Antibodies (Anti-LKM antibody) are detected in the serum of patients with different types of acute or chronic liver disease. These antibodies are targeted against cytochrome P450 antigens. Three kinds of Anti-LKM have been studied extensively-
