Anticimex is an international pest control company. Anticimex means "Against bed bugs". Anticimex is wholly owned by EQT and have subsidiaries in 14 countries.[3]

Anticimex operates in the areas of pest control, building environments, hygiene. The company aim to create a safe and healthy indoor environment through inspections, guarantees and insurance agreements. As a service company for both businesses and consumers, Anticimex has approximately 4000 employees serving 2.2 million customers. In 2014, combined sales amounted to approximately 3.5 billion SEK.

Anticimex was established in 1934 in Sweden. The company has offices in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. From 2006 to 2012 the firm was owned by Ratos and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

In 2012 Anticimex was sold to Investor-owned EQT. The parent company is Anticimex International AB and the head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
