Antony Cheng (born December 29, 1997) is a Canadian figure skater. He is the 2015 Canadian Figure Skating Championships Junior men’s silver medalist and Coupe du Printemps 2016 Junior men’s champion.^[1]

Personal life

Antony Cheng was born Dec 29, 1997 in Vancouver, British Columbia.^[1] He likes photography, dancing and music.^[1] His figure skating idols are Patrick Chan, Daisuke Takahashi, Florent Amodio, Jeremy Ten, Deniss Vasiļjevs, Jason Brown and Jeremy Abbott.

Career

Cheng began skating and playing hockey at age seven and focused on figure skating when he was eight in Toronto, Ontario. He also began training in the summer with coach Joanne McLeod in Burnaby, British Columbia when he was twelve.^[1] His Non ISU personal best scores are SP 66.68 (2015 Super Series Summer Skate), LP 117.32 (2015 Canadian Champ.), combined total 178.64 (2015 Super Series Summer Skate).^[2]
