The film was formally launched at Hyderabad[5] on 7 June 2015.Director Arjun Varma, who graced the event as chief guest, has directed the muhurat shot Pataas director Anil Ravipudi sounded the clap board, while Nara Rohit switched on the camera for the first shot.[6]
