Applied Computer Science is a peer-reviewed international journal published by Institute of Technological Systems of Information (Lublin University of Technology) since 2005. It is prepared in both traditional paper (ISSN 1895-3735) and e-journal (e-ISSN 2353-6977). Up to 2013 the journal was six-monthly, since 2014 - quarterly.

Applied Computer Science is indexed in BazTech, Cabell's Directory, CNKI - China National Knowledge Infrastructure, ERIH PLUS, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus, J-Gate, and TEMA Technik und Management.[1]

Areas of interest

The main purpose of Applied Computer Science is to publish the results of cutting-edge research advancing the concepts, theories and implementation of novel solutions in computer technology. Papers presenting original research results related to applications of computer technology in production engineering, management, economics and technology are welcomed. The journal also publishes technical briefs, discussions of previously published papers, book reviews, and editorials in following areas: manufacturing, engineering, technology, designing, organization, management, economics, innovations, competitiveness, quality and costs.
