Araria Public School

Araria Public School (also known as APS, Araria) is a private school run by the Al-Wasi Education and Welfare Trust, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education up to 12th level in Wasiabad, Araria.[1] Established on January 23, 1989 by Mr Tufail Ahmed, the school has a good position in the district being the first and only school having CBSE affiliation up to 12th level.[2]

The Silver Jubilee Celebration

APS celebrates its annual day function on January 23. In 2014 APS celebrated its Silver Jubilee Celebration. Among the invited guests Taslimuddin, Haroon Rashid Ghafil, Pradeep Kumar Singh, Mr Nuruddeen (ex-faculty head of Osmania University, Australia) and many more were present.

The celebration included a cultural programme hosted by Ashraful Haque and Tasdique Mustafiz(Students of APS,Araria) and Reza Faizi, a singer and actor from Araria and ex-student of the school attended the programme and performed on the stage.
